No. Simple and straight. This is a swapped (not by you) and rusted car. After spending money on the body to take car of the rust, you will almost surely have to dump money into fixing a bunch of things that the people who swapped it did not do. Good project car? Maybe. Good reliable car for someone who has no money and need to worry about college? Hell NO!
