I would not invest money in a PFC because there will be no return value, you will have a hard time trying to find a buyer for a N/A S15 PFC if they even make one.

Do you have the N/A Ecu to run the engine? I would remove the entire engine, transmission, ECU, harness- everything... sell it, and Replace with a real SR20DET engine. Those S15 N/A engines do not tolerate turbocharging very well. The compression is a bit high and most of them acquire damaged piston rings when used with a SAFC, which I would not recommend using because of the ignition/compression involved with that engine.

If you must run the engine I would run it naturally aspirated with the OEM ecu. That is the safest most reliable solution and you may enjoy the reliable vehicle for years.
