Red and black s13 silvia coupe conversion on twin cities road and hwy 99. caught it as it was headed west bound across the twin cities overpass turning left to get on hwy 99 south bound in Galt. could not nail down the specs as he was in motion, but it was lowered on custom wheels, had some sort of exhaust, hood was black may have been CF. Red paint looked fresh. Appeared to be very clean. This was yesterday at 3:50 pm
I was rockin the villager mini van, very unnoticable.
