If you're gonna go 235/40 in the rear, you can go down to +12. Roll the fenders, add some camber and you wont even have to pull it.
I've had Megan Racing as my first coilover, and honestly, it wasnt that bad. Mind you that was my first coilover but I'd take that over the Cusco Comp-S that came with my second S14. MRs are pretty cheap, Circuit Sport from Phase2motortrend seems to be the same coilover and they're both under $800. For around $1100, options lately seems to be Stance, Powered by Max and Fortune Auto.
