Why would the shocks rotate? You are turning the knob from left to right, right to left. Not clockwise/counter-clockwise.

I have no problems doing that. With my Stance coils, you have to put these little wheels on the adjusters. They are rough around the edges, so it helps you turn the knob itself. Now, the adjustment knob is already wedged under my interior panel. So, it's pretty much impossible for me to get the wheel, on top of the adjustment screw. What I've been doing, is using needle nose pliers, to turn the adjustment screw. That isn't fun.
