Ok well I think a multimeter will not tell me if the injector has power since a injector pulses and a multimeter can't read pulse..

This is a Noid light, it's strictly for injectors Automotive Tools - Diagnostic Tools - Noid Light and IAC Test Kit with Harness Extension - The Parts Bin

Yeah I may only use it once compared to a multimeter but I think I'll get a better test reading from the noid light which is not a "test" light.
