Is it possible to build 300 ~ 350 hp on an already existing KA with $6,000? Not necessarily reliably... per-say, but enough to air in one episode of a TV show?

Some guy wrote on another website forum that he is trying to pilot this show. Thought it was pretty cool. Maybe some of you should try it out. I would if I had the time, but my job prohibits me from working anywhere else.
