Back in 2003, I had chased someone who hit my S13, they where in a van, older white guy. He stopped got out and said he was sorry blah blah, than jumped back in his car and took off. i chased him, wrote the plate down and we wound up back on my street, then he stopped in front of my house, said he wont take off again, but he does.. I had to run into my house and grab the phone since I didnt have my cell on me. Well I give up on chasing him again and call the cops and report a hit and run.. Helicopter swoops up over me real fast, and i just point at the direction the van went.
This was on my street too, so dude was probably scared as fck, which I hope he was. lol
But when your chasing someone, adrenaline fills up.
Sadly my insurance company said the plate numbers I gave them where not valid, and i had liability so it was a lose for the damage. I was upset the fucker got away with it. I must have got the plate wrong or something, hard driving at a high speed while digging in your glove box for a pen and paper.
I hate thieves, I hope this fucker gets raped in jail. Some people are scum and get away with it by doing little time/slap on the wrist.. There are always repeat offenders.. Sadly that is all they know, probably normal thing for them, stealing and ducking cops and just not to get caught
