It is a trippel aged in Jim beam barrels. This beer had a great aroma. It was golden in color with a large white fluffy head. Overall good beer with some great attributes. Only downfall is the price tag. But given a chance and well worth it
Allagash Curieux is a very good beer. One of my favorites.I still have some Allagash beers.

I do have a lot of beers. I'm just waiting for spring to have my friends over, so we can drink some of the beers.
From the fridge:

Some of the beers I have in my cellar:

My favorites italian beers:

Some mixed beers and sours:

Gotta have:

Sam Adams

Firestone

Have to have this in Chitown:

Some North Coast

Some Dogfish Head

Founders

Should always have a beer in the right glass.

This is what I love to end my day with.

I have a lot more beers in my fridge in the garage, mostly real belgian beers, but my wine collection is much more and much better. It always good to have a good beer to relax you at the end of the day
I hope to have some Sam Adams Utopia to drink tonight.
