Well the guy I bought the motor from had the same problem with it. Not sure on the spark plugs, id have to check but I know they are NGK. I have a 2nd set of coil packs and still no difference when I swapped them. And the motor is all stock except for the T28 and the manifold.
To me it seems like the fuel is being cut right before hitting boost.
