I think with the push of drift missiles and things like BloodMasters, it will bring FD to a place where a slight tap is ok.
Then drivers wont be so scared to get close.
The way it is right now, if you start getting to close, the lead car can sandbag and get you to tap them, then take the points. So who would want to risk on of 2 dozen runs most drivers get in a full season.
