Depending on how low you go:
-You'll need aftermarket arms to get a proper alignment.
-You'll need to relocate your harness, and remove your fender liner.
-You'll need to get your fenders rolled if you ever get new wheels.
-How you set up your coilovers is all personal preference. Just mess around with them until you find a setting you like.
