You need to remove the upholstery from inside the car around the window. Then you will be able to get at the urethane sealant. There are specially designed razor blades just for this sort of thing. I have done a rear window on an s14 before. We used a guitar string and soapy water to saw all the way around the window through the urethane. The hardest part is to cut the window out without damaging the paint on the outside. Fortunately when I did it we didn't care since the car was junked.
