that's just odd man, my camber plates are barely half way in and you can see the negative camber in my front with plain sight. a quick solution (if the plate itself has more room to go a little, which it looks like you do) would be to use a grinder to take the slight lip off of the top of the strut tower where the pillow ball hits it, that would net you a hair more neg camber up front.
