THEN DONT GET IT!!! The ones your talking about are probaly a bicycle helmet or a motorcycle helmet. Probably open faced and not closed face. The open face ones are a LOT cheaper. DOT doesnt mean SA2000 approved which are for auto events. BTW...its not a rip off.
