Well you should find out what the state inspection for salvage reconstructs is first off. And just cus nevada doesn't have emissions laws doesnt mean they are cool with the motor, so you should definitely find this out as well. Keep in mind that the whole salvage reconstruct process is more vigorous than a registration light and brake inspection. But if you were already plannin on pulling everything that's a good idea, just put it all back to stock and take the insurance check and get a new shell and put the parts back in it
