The item is in Pomona. it was a huge difference when i did the z32 on my s13. i ran my car without the z32 brake booster assuming i can get away without the booster and the brake pedal felt like crap. after installation there were huge difference with less pedal effort to stop and noticeable braking power. you can run with and without it to see for yourself but i guarantee that you wont regret buying this part.
