You should be hung by your toes for saying a Rustang handles better than a S13. A S13 stock is pretty decent, a modified S13 will own many cars, even bmws, fag-stangs, and hachi-rokus.
I am not going to back up my stupid comment with any facts, or anything else for that matter. It's so you can reply in anger and we can have a flame war.
But if you were smart, you wouldn't argue too much about the S13 sucking, because this is Zilvia... (just in case you forgot)
