May buddy has a minty working RB20 one just saying but yes I 110% with ship2236. 40 bucks shipped is really really far fetched. Be easy $20 in shipping for a turbo and with a working wastegate actuator man. I'd shoot for $100 shipped for a blown one with working wastegate actuator.
