WTB: Help find a short!

Lowdown: My 89 240sx with an sr swap has a short, and I'd like to have someone come out to my house (New Lenox,IL) to help my brother find it. He's doesn't know much in regards to finding a short (he's car retarded but learning), nor do I trust him to not fuck anything else up. I'm away at school right now, and won't be able to come home for a while so I'm looking for some help.

Previous alternator was going bad, so he replaced it. After replacement when attaching the negative terminal on the battery, there are large amounts of sparks, and the 75A alternator fuse blows. The fuse has blown at anytime the entire circuit is complete. Bother starter and alternator have been tested, both passed and are short free. And, from what I can see and in pictures the alternator seems to be hooked up correctly. Definitely a short in a ground or the wiring to/from the alternator is what I'm betting on.

I really don't want my brother attempting to fix this and fucking anything else up so I'm willing to pay $$$$ for someone to get this done for me.
