The previous owner of my car had one electric fan and he ran the trigger off the wiper motor harness. It has a wire that has power turned on with the ignition. The constant power is inside the distribution box in the engine bay. That is running one of the fans. I haven't wired the second fan yet, but it will be triggered off a switch from the inside center console so I can control it when I would need it on only.
