Well I solved part of the problem. I found that the harness plug that goes from the driver door into the fender well was unplugged on the driverside. I plugged it in and now my driver side mirror works!
My main lock switch also works now and I can lock/unlock the passenger door but the driver door still does not lock/unlock.
