To me the journal bearing t28 was an UPGRADE to the 14 bb t28, since it has the larger .86 A/R exhaust housing.
It shouldn't make a huge difference on your tune, and you'll be able to squeeze a little more power out of your car with the larger exhaust (and the fact that you can run a little more boost)
