Imho not a problem of water / oil cooling, but more something to do with poor / no mapping, too small injectors and too small AFM. I hope you are not running a boosted engine with stock fuel system, air metering and oem tune, otherwise you sure are making holes in your pistons ...
As always, do things right. Slapping a turbo on an NA engine and hoping it will work is not the right way.
