To preempt your entire argument, I will (god please read) link to an article that is quite informative. It is written by Judge Richard Posner. Look him up, he is a conservative - but a smart one, like really smart. Anyway, this article explains the issue with the Arizona Immigration case (and the political celeb hack Justice Scalia has become). So, please. Read up.
