What did you expect for $900? There is a reason paint jobs are expensive. It takes time to do body work correctly and skill to make it look right. Sorry, but unless you can prove that there was a certain level of professionalism to be expected you're probably SOL.
When we paint cars everything comes off. Belt moldings, handles, glass, bumpers, lights. You just can't get that for $900 and expect to have 20 years of dents taken out too.
