b) you have a problem with the person that painted your car, you need to talk to him and work it out.

$950 paint jobs are opinionated and depend on the bodyman more then anything. A talented individual could hook a guy up for $200 if he didn't want to make any money, or $20,000 if the customer was a stupid Lamborghini owner. Paint codes and prep are similar for many different applications.
