Sport package comes with spoiler stock, unless someone swapped it with a base trunk and you have the Nismo rims, so it looks like someone definitely swapped parts on it. The easiest way to check to see if you have the sport package is the SRM button by the shifter. If you have that, then you have the sport package.
Make sure you check the steering lock on your car and see if it's been replaced. Don't want to be left stranded.
