have you thought about a retune. if you can advance or decrease the timing pulled out under boost, it will help spool the turbo faster. the turbo you have now should be spooling at around 3k rpms and full boost by 4500 rpm. t3 .63 exhaust a/r is almost perfect for a 2.4 litter engine. unless your compression is really low.
