Finally, could any of this keep it from starting? O2 sensor not plugged-up because 1wire plug vs 3wire sensor. #3 is a ground that had to be moved because it's normal location was charred. #4 is the plug from the previous pic - coming from the top of tranny.


#1 is o2 sensor, shouldnt cause it not to start.
#3 ground, do you have the harness grounded? There should be a ground ring from the harness that should be grounded around there. I'd tie this off to the same spot.
#4 looks like its connected to the crank angle sensor on top of the bellhousing. It will throw a cell but shouldnt cause the car not to start.

Try to use your old ECU, you can pull the codes by looking at the check engine light on the gauge cluster, instead of the LED in the ECU.
