I am just going to guess you are posting this in reference to the big country lab wings. I am just going to say that they make them for race cars to help create downforce.
Also, thanks for wasting my time, I thought this was fast and furious related.
First response said it best, because racecar, just like slicks are for race cars, and so are completely gutted interiors, not for street cars, but some people like to have their cake and eat it too.
