Phase2 is selling the direct OEM SR20DET replacement with everything you'll need. If you look a the front side of the engine, the whole plate behind the pulley... that whole thing will be replaced with the Phase2 one. Or you can just get the pump itself and figure out how to replace JUST the oil pump gears instead of the whole thing. Also theres aftermarket higher volume oil pumps out there *Tomei* I too have an oil pump issue *not enough pressure when hot* Personally, Id probably go with the Phase2 one just cuz its the easiest route to go. But either way, youre gonna have to tear down the block to get to that plate since it seat between the head and the lower oil buffle.
