This set of RS's has brand new 2.5/3.0" lips. Centers were painted gloss black urethane, and original bolts and center nuts were polished. These would be perfect on an s13 with rocket bunny aero, or stock bodied low s14. Price is $1900 + shipping and I'm in Raleigh, NC for local buyers.
