i'm purchasing a 240sx 1990 coupe that has a broken headlight (the lights won't pop up and go down) do you all have links or advice?

oh and i would like to do the drowsey/blinking with the headlights (the half down headlights)

the 240sx i'm buying i'm getting it at a great deal.
