Meaures 9.5inches = 240mm Therefore Centerline of wheel = 120mm

so the wheels are 18 x 9.5 +15 ? they do fill the arches really well on a s15.
dose this sound right? i was told buying them that they are 18x9.5+35

Measurement's good but I dont thik they're 9.5j +15. They'd stick out further than that on S15s if that is spot on spec wise. Dont think they'd be +35 either, cuz even 9j +35, the fronts will be rubbing on the suspension. Thats unless the fronts are spaced out. They're probably more 9j +20-25 ish, maybe even +18.

after taking apart my wheels Today i found out they are actually 9 not 9.5
so working out again they are (Where) indeed 18x9 et19 thanks for that,
have bought 3.5" and 3" lips to re barrel the wheels so it will they will be 18x10.5 et0 rear and 18x10 et6,
