My 18x9 +22s wouldnt even bolt all the way up to the hub because the inside flange would hit the coilover. You need low single digit, maybe even negative offset AND coilovers to come close to fitting a 10 inch wide wheel up front...and this is just scratching the surface

so if i get coilovers ill still need spacers to get 10in to fit in the front.
