so my friends got a hydro ebrake that isn't locking up. pbm hydro ebrake with a chase bay proportion valve. bled the system couple of times got it to lock up one wheel at one point but bled it again and nothing. we also tried adjusting both the ebrake and the proportioning valve. cant figure it out. lever is also really stiff.
