it can barely be seen, the bolt goes exactly over those 2 hose pipes under the lower inlet manifold...
what i was gonna try to do was change the bolt 1st see what happens, next remove both upper and lower inlet manifold, ( check for gasket or cracked manifold ) if i find nothing i will have to remove engine to check for a crack in the cylinder head..
