I dont realize it ehh? ok. i only make my living smogging cars. Fuck the rolling law. most 70's and 80's cars are crap.
i dont think s13's should ever be smog exempt. There are too many crap cars out there when exempted would ruin our air. I work at a test only center. A lot of the cars i smog are gross polluter and they arent even modified. Old cars are crap. The only cars that should be exempt are old school classics, like chevelles, early camaros, novas, mustangs etc. 70's and 80's cars should have stricter standards. But i am all for legalizing engine swaps and such as long as they burn clean. go read the visual inspection thread. that has good reasoning behind it.
