It depends on were you are. Personally I don't think a s13 with on 32k for $4000 is a bad price. I also depends on the type of shape it's in. I assume no rust, and everything else is machanically sound? I'd pay $4000 for it. But thats me. Is it worth that much to you? And what way are you gonna go with it?

As for the second one. It would depend on mileage and how much damage is ACTUALLY done to the front. Also rust is still a gig factor(at least by me).

I payed $1600 for my 89 83k no rust with dented up fender and hood and an awsome interior.
