If 100 people really took the time to reply, you'd get 100 different different answers. The best way to "build" an SR is to buy & drive it stock (or as close to stock as humanly possible), do research & learn about it along the way; and add a little at a time based on your budget, performance asipirations & level of skill/knowledge. Don't get hung up on brand names & things like that until you develop a basic understanding of how not just the motor, but everything works together to make the car do what
you want it to do.
The power a stock SR puts out is a lot of fun & reliable. If you are really looking for advice, the best advice I can offer besides what's above is to make
handling and stoppping priority one before you worry about putting any more ponies to the floor. Tires, suspension & brakes not only win races; but they also add an essential element of safety (relative term of course lol) by giving the car what it needs to be driven more aggressively as power & torque are added.
Above all else, HAVE FUN & LEARN~
