Your average "Pedro's T.J. style paint and body" won't know what to do with that though. What worries me is the rust bubbles that I see. Once you start grinding off all the undercoating you may find out that there's not much material left to weld to.

Yeah, I have a friend who works at a good body shop that does welding that I'm going to check with as soon as I get home from my vacation. What is a reasonable price range for this to be fixed? I know qemyst said he paid $120 bucks for his but I don't think I'm getting quite such a good deal..
