I have for sale a Garret GT38 twinscroll t4 turbo for sale that came off a 7.3L powerstroke. I bought it for a car build but never ended up even mounting it. it comes with the V-band clamp for the downpipe. This turbo has zero shaft play

1.10 A/R compressor
1.15 A/R Exhaust side
