ok ok ok...
we used to be a major carrier for jic but we dropped them...
anyways...
to adjust preload.. the coilover should be off the car...
basically you want the spring to spin a little and have just enough load that the spring doesnt fall out... basically no preload on the spring..
to adjust ride height... measure left/right and see if they even... adjust accordingly.. then throw the coils on the car. from there you will drop the car on the wheels and adjust from there...
also.. to stiffen the coilover you turn it clockwise... hope this helped..
