Ya, I have too many gray hairs (whats left of them) for Panama City so I go to St.George Island which isn't far from there. It's gorgeous there and it's quiet. Warning tho, there is f*ck-all to do there other than hang out and chill. There's only one hotel on the island so all of the other rentals are houses and some of them are pretty steep ($$) You can go for cheap if you do your homework tho.
