I actually gave it to a body shop. It was a proper job. On the inside there was metal mesh and fiberglass. My guess is that they cut it out, pushed it inside and filled it. Bumper belongs to a fellow zlivia member. I'll wait for him to post pictures of the bumper.
Also got another clean navan for sale if anyone is interested. I got sale ad up but i need to get pictures for it. Its mint.
