Just keep emailing them and sending them messages on facebook. FD is actually a pretty big deal for them and they may have overlooked your email (I'm sure they receive multiple important emails daily) and if they're not in the shop, how are they going to get your call? They have to drive across the country. Just hang tight, or order from another company and cancel your ASD order if time is an issue.
