I am a size 34 waist @ 217lbs... They fit me fine, and I don't feel like the seat is trying to eat me, they have tons of lateral support, they are lacking in lumbar padding though, but as far as a racing bucket goes they are nice. They pair nicely with some 4 point harneses, they have the crotch slot for a 5 point, but... I dislike the idea of being sack-tapped every time I hit the brakes.
so i give them about a 8/10 for a fixed back racing seat.
comparing them to a fully adjustable sexy bride vios... apples to oranges mang, hence the apples to oranges price.
so good track seats, but if you want uber-comfort, get yourself some 1/2 inch memory foam and wrap it with some black marine vynil (that foux leather lookin stuff) and make you some ass-pads. That is what I was going to do to em anyway...
