I believe the bolt head is 14mm, but the threads aren't metric and dont correspond to a 14mm bolt. They are SAE fine thread......I believe 7/16 fine thread. I put S14 belts in my S13 and had bought some longer 14mm bolts.....and the threaded part of the bolt was too thick. I took the original bolt to the hardware store and they helped me find out what it was. To run S14 belts you need a longer than stock bolt, then you can add washers and spacers behind the plastic panel and space it out correctly. I had to drill a hole in the plastic to put the bolt thru. Looks ok...works well. You'll also need to cut a slit for the belt to retract into the bottom of the panel. I can try to post pics of my setup if you want.
