the cars are basically the same.
a few major differences:
-there are 250,000 s13s and only 30,000 s14s
-s14s look classier, s13s look meaner
-s13s are way cheaper
-s14s have way nicer interiors
if you're gonna upgrade a lot of parts, then you don't need to worry about suspension differences, etc.
